Micah was president of Edison High School ’ s iMentor program , overseeing 40 Edison student mentors and 120 mentees from Computech , Gaston and Baird middle schools . She loved being able to help middle school students transition more smoothly to high school . She was also on the water polo team , hosted a foreign exchange student and spent half of her school day at the Center for Advanced Research and Technology ( CART ) in the digital marketing and entrepreneurship lab .
She will attend UC Irvine , her top choice , and study business administration , possibly minoring in international studies . She hopes to have a career that involves international travel .
