Yoga brings me joy . I used to do a lot of yoga and need to get back to it . But it ’ s time for me to disconnect internally as well as the exercise you get externally . It calms me down .
And my dog Clancy brings me joy ! I am a first-time dog owner and got him during quarantine . I love him . They told me he ’ s part Akita and German Sheperd . I just think he is so smart and fun . He ’ s my ace !

My grandmother . She is still alive , just had her 96th birthday , and is doing great . My grandmother never finished elementary school , but always stressed the importance of getting educated . She ’ s always been spiritually grounded , which I believe has kept her alive for so long despite incredible tragedy . My grandma has lost all her children . I see her as salt of the earth , hardworking and modest .
I thanked my grandmother for all that she ’ s done , for paving the way . I mean she cleaned hospitals and her granddaughter goes to Harvard . That is remarkable in in two generations . I could see
