Fresno Unified has a new customer service feature called Let ’ s Talk . Meet Brian Wall , who oversees this new platform and several other efforts underway to improve Fresno Unified ’ s connections and service to families , staff and the community . Other new customer service strategies are to train all new employees in Fresno Unified ’ s customer service values , Golden Heart Customer Service Awards and quarterly customer service videos .
Wall has worked at Fresno Unified since 2010 as a vice principal , principal and instructional superintendent . In his spare times he enjoys fishing , reading , open water swimming and hiking .
What is Let ’ s Talk ?
Let ’ s Talk is an online customer service and communication tool that provides a convenient and efficient method for our customers ( parents , students , staff and community members ) to ask questions , request information , or raise concerns . Let ’ s Talk is accessible on the main district webpage and individual school webpages ( look for the button on the bottom right-hand corner ).
When a customer opens Let ’ s Talk , they can direct their communication to a specific school , topic or department . The system then auto-routes each query to the appropriate district personnel , ensuring that customers receive accurate and timely responses .
We guarantee a response within two business days , and we will be holding ourselves accountable for prompt and efficient service .
